Job description

  • Develop scalable solutions using Service Cloud, Lightning (Aura), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex.
  • Support major MuleSoft integrations involving SOAP/REST APIs for platform conversion activities.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Engineer on architecture and solution design.
  • Assist in the migration from Classic to Lightning Experience and support portal migrations.
  • Implement and support DevOps pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab.
  • Build and optimize Salesforce components that integrate with AWS-based systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across front-end, back-end, and integration layers.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of Salesforce engineering experience.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning (Aura), and Lightning Web Components.
  • Strong experience with the Web-to-Case business process.
  • Experience with integrations through SOAP/REST and MuleSoft.
  • CI/CD experience with Jenkins and GitLab.
  • Experience working with AWS-integrated Salesforce environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce Voice or other AWS telephony solutions.
  • Experience with the web-to-case process within Service Cloud.
  • Background in enterprise-scale or healthcare environments.
  • Salesforce certifications (PD1, PD2, Integration certifications are a plus).
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude or Windsurf.
