Job description

We are seeking a Principal AI Forward Deployed Engineer to partner directly with business leaders to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that solve complex operational and commercial challenges.

This is a highly hands-on role for someone who can take an ambiguous business problem, architect a scalable solution, develop production-ready applications, and drive implementation from concept through deployment. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering expertise with experience delivering AI and machine learning solutions in real-world environments., * Partner with business stakeholders to identify, scope, and deliver AI-driven solutions.

Design, build, and deploy enterprise applications, APIs, and microservices leveraging AI/ML technologies.
Develop scalable backend solutions using Python, Node.js, FastAPI, and cloud-native architectures.
Lead containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
Build and support event-driven architectures utilizing Kafka or similar streaming platforms.
Own projects from discovery and architecture through production deployment and ongoing optimization.
Collaborate with data science, engineering, infrastructure, security, and product teams.
Establish best practices, mentor engineers, and contribute to platform and architecture improvements.

Requirements

Do you have experience in System deployment?, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.

6+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend development expertise.
4+ years deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
Experience architecting and delivering production-grade AI applications.
Strong experience with Python, Node.js, APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
Experience with Kafka, Kinesis, or other event-driven technologies.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Preferred

Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI solutions.
Experience in a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Consulting capacity.
AWS, Kubernetes, or AI/ML certifications.
Experience supporting large-scale operational or customer-facing environments.
