Job description

What does a successful Technical Implementation Analyst do at Fiserv?

A successful Technical Implementation Analyst at Fiserv delivers solutions for complex business challenges by applying Finxact Core APIs and deep technical expertise. This role partners with Tier 1 banking clients to guide integration strategy, implementation planning, onboarding, and best practices across the full client lifecycle. The position combines implementation engineering and technical business analysis to drive scalable solutions, strong adoption, and successful client outcomes.

What you will do?

  • Build deep expertise in Finxact technology and architecture to develop, manage, and support solutions using Finxact Core APIs and related technical capabilities.

  • Partner with Tier 1 bank clients to solve complex business and technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and advise on integration models, workflows, REST-based interfaces, third-party vendor connectivity, and best practices within the Finxact ecosystem.

  • Support end-to-end client implementations by leading technical design sessions, gathering and analyzing application, ecosystem, process, and technology requirements, and translating them into scalable implementation solutions.

  • Bridge technical execution and business needs by communicating complex concepts clearly to clients, ecosystem partners, and internal teams while serving as a subject matter expert on APIs, integration points, and product adoption.

  • Develop and code core functionality and interfaces, participate in testing, documentation, deployment activities, and provide onboarding, training, product feedback, and implementation support throughout the client journey.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience in API and software development.

  • 2+ years of programming experience in functional, imperative, or object-oriented languages.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and military experience.

  • 2+ years of experience supporting clients in a financial software, technical consulting, implementation, or integration-focused environment.

What would be nice to have?

  • 1+ year of experience in the financial services industry.

  • 1+ year of experience programming in Golang.

  • 1+ year of experience supporting large, complex financial institutions or embedded finance implementations
