• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Financial Planning, Consolidation, and Reporting solutions.
• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with OneStream XF implementation, configuration, and support.
• Strong expertise in financial consolidation, account reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Experience designing and developing OneStream applications, business rules, workflows, and dashboards.
• Proficiency in OneStream Cube Views, Reporting, Data Management, and Extensible Dimensionality.
• Experience integrating OneStream with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or other financial systems.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes, GAAP/IFRS reporting, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience with data loads, transformations, data quality validation, and system performance optimization.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable OneStream solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, documentation, and end-to-end project delivery skills.
