Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Software Engineer with a strong background in Java application development, along with hands-on experience in Scala or Python, modern data engineering technologies, and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building scalable enterprise applications, developing ETL pipelines, and working with large-scale data platforms using Snowflake or Teradata., * Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java.

Develop data processing solutions using Scala or Python.
Build and optimize distributed data processing applications using Apache Spark.
Design and develop ETL/data pipelines using Apache Airflow.
Work with Snowflake or Teradata to build and optimize enterprise data solutions.
Utilize Databricks for large-scale data engineering and analytics.
Develop high-performance SQL queries and data transformation processes.
Deploy and support applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and support production applications.

Requirements

8+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Java.
Experience with Scala or Python.
Strong SQL programming skills.
Hands-on experience with Apache Spark.
Experience with Snowflake or Teradata.
Experience building ETL/data pipelines.
Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow.
Experience with Databricks.
Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.

Preferred Skills

Power BI reporting experience.
Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
Exposure to Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Agentic AI.
Banking or Financial Services domain experience is preferred., * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Agile development environment.
