Job description

We are seeking an administrator to manage the DebtNext platform, a debt management software for accounts receivables. The role focuses on configuring and maintaining the platform, creating and testing new features and configurations, and providing technical support to optimize the debt recovery process. This individual ensures the platform operates in compliance with business and regulatory requirements, providing seamless functionality for users and external collection vendors., * Platform configuration: Configure and maintain the platform to meet evolving business requirements. This includes managing custom rule engines, workflow logic, and account segmentation strategies.

  • Troubleshooting and support: Act as a point of contact for technical issues related to the platform, including troubleshooting issues with performance and functionality.
  • User acceptance testing: Ensure that configurations and workflow logic are intact and defects have been resolved by performing QAT. Test and deploy new features and system updates.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and technical policies. Ensure all testing documentation, including test plans, test results, and release notes, is clear, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • User and contact access management: Set up, modify, remove, and manage user access permissions.
  • Collaborate: Work across multiple internal teams to gather technical requirements for new features and resolve platform issues.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL databases?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, · Strong background in system administration, including configuring and maintaining business-critical applications, and troubleshooting technical issues.

· Min. of 5-7 years’ experience working with accounts receivable management platforms, especially in regulated industries like financial services and debt collections.

· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

· Proficient in SQL

· Strong communication skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear technical guidance to both technical and non-technical audiences., * Do you have at least 5 years experience working with accounts receivable management platforms?
