Shift times are general hours; some projects may require earlier or later reporting based on customer requirements., IDS is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer - Journeyman, for ADG Creative, an IDS subsidiary, to support user experience strategy, design system development, and delivery of high-quality user-centered design solutions. This role involves designing intuitive, scalable interfaces and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve user experience across complex systems., * Implements UX strategy and vision across a large portfolio, ensuring consistent and high-quality user experiences

Maintains a comprehensive design system to drive consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products

Supports design activities including workshops and design sprints to enhance collaboration across teams

Assists with user research, creates user journey maps, and develops wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes

Advocates for end-users by identifying workflows, pain points, and needs to inform design solutions

Follows UX design processes and applies Human-Centered Design principles within Agile environments

Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field

OR Associate’s degree or High School Diploma with 7 years of experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience (aligned to the education substitution structure above), Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR an Associate’s degree/High School Diploma with at least 7 years of experience?* Do you have at least 3 years of professional experience aligned with UX/UI design or a related field?* Do you have a portfolio of UX/UI design work that you can provide?*
