Job description

The Senior Manager, Oracle Fusion Technical Delivery is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud initiatives as the organization transitions from legacy platforms. This role ensures successful planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams, aligned to business priorities and strategic objectives. The position serves as a technical delivery leader, providing expertise in solution architecture, integrations, and data migration, while driving execution discipline across all phases of the program lifecycle. The role also ensures alignment across business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners, enabling high-quality, on-time, and within-scope delivery., In addition, the Senior Manager provides leadership, mentorship, and governance over delivery teams and vendors, while supporting continuous improvement and maximizing business value from the organization’s Oracle Fusion Cloud investment.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud initiatives, including planning, technical design, execution, status reporting, and go-live readiness, while acting as a technical subject matter expert on Oracle Fusion capabilities and delivery considerations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Oracle Fusion Cloud initiatives on schedule and within scope
  • Drive solution design decisions aligned with Oracle best practices
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and collect business requirements as necessary, ensuring requirements are documented, prioritized, and aligned to Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities.
  • Partner with functional leads to developing technical design, integrations, data migration, reporting, security, and environment readiness.
  • Oversee test planning and execution across SIT, UAT, regression, and defect triage to support high-quality solution delivery.
  • Lead cutover planning, deployment coordination, and hyper care activities to enable a smooth transition into production.
  • Monitor resource utilization, dependencies, and timeline risks, escalating issues, and driving corrective actions when needed.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business functions and IT to ensure alignment, adoption, and sustained business value.
  • Support quarterly Oracle Fusion Cloud release planning, impact assessment, testing coordination, and enhancement prioritization.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Vendor relationship management?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Minimum of 10 years of experience leading enterprise application delivery initiatives, with significant experience in Oracle implementations.

  • Demonstrated experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud projects, preferably in multi-phase or large-scale transformation programs, with the ability to serve as a trusted technical expert on Oracle Fusion solutions.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, process workshops, and cross-functional design discussions with business and technology teams.
  • Strong background in Oracle technical implementation, risk and issue management, and stakeholder communications.
  • Experience managing testing, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live support activities for cloud application implementations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field; relevant project management certifications are a plus.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities, architecture, and cross-functional application processes, with the ability to provide technical leadership and guidance across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Solid knowledge of project delivery methodologies, governance frameworks, and change management practices.
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured plans, requirements, and delivery priorities.
  • Excellent leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including comfort working with executive sponsors and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong familiarity with integrations, data migration, reporting, testing cycles, and Oracle quarterly release processes, supported by hands-on Oracle Fusion technical knowledge.
