Job description

Kforce has a client in need of a Senior Full Stack Engineer in Fort Washington, PA., * Develop and support scalable backend services using modern .NET technologies

  • Build and maintain secure, high-performing APIs, including business logic and system integrations
  • Design and implement responsive frontend applications using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Create reusable UI components and manage application state effectively
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate frontend and backend systems seamlessly
  • Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure code quality
  • Contribute to continuous integration and deployment processes
  • Participate in architectural discussions and provide technical input on system design
  • Support testing efforts through unit, integration, and automated testing practices

Requirements

  • Strong experience with backend development using C# and .NET frameworks
  • Hands-on experience building modern frontend applications using React
  • Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and component-based design patterns
  • Solid experience with relational databases, including writing complex queries and optimizing performance
  • Knowledge of data modeling, indexing strategies, and maintaining data consistency
  • Experience working with event-driven or message-based architectures
  • Familiarity with asynchronous processing patterns and error handling strategies
  • Understanding of secure coding practices and application performance tuning
  • Ability to work collaboratively with QA, DevOps, and product teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
