Data Center Technician/IT Infrastructure Technician

The Data Center Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining server and network infrastructure within a data center environment. This role requires strong hardware knowledge, basic networking and Linux skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of computer hardware experience
• 1+ years of networking experience
• Experience performing hardware replacements and repairs
• Basic Linux/Unix command-line knowledge
• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills

• Reliable attendance and punctuality Preferred Qualifications

• Previous data center experience
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or related certification
• Infrastructure or technical project experience
