Job description

SailPoint Implementation and Configuration: Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of SailPoint IdentityNow tailored to the unique needs of a healthcare environment. Customize and optimize SailPoint workflows, connectors, and policies to align with healthcare industry regulations. Identity Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire identity lifecycle in the healthcare setting, including onboarding, offboarding, and role-based access control (RBAC) processes. Develop and maintain automated provisioning and de-provisioning workflows with a focus on patient data security. Access Governance: Implement and manage access governance strategies specific to healthcare compliance requirements. Conduct regular access reviews and certifications, addressing any issues related to patient information access. Integration and Connector Development: Collaborate with healthcare IT teams to integrate SailPoint with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other healthcare applications. Develop custom connectors and integration solutions to enhance interoperability within the healthcare ecosystem. Security and Compliance in Healthcare: Enforce security best practices and industry standards, including Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations. Stay informed about emerging security threats in the healthcare sector and ensure IAM systems are updated to address potential vulnerabilities. Active Directory Integration: Integrate SailPoint IdentityNow with Active Directory, ensuring seamless user provisioning, de-provisioning, and synchronization in a healthcare context. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for Healthcare: Implement and manage MFA solutions tailored to the healthcare environment to enhance user authentication and data protection. Privileged Access Management (PAM) for Healthcare: Collaborate on the implementation and management of PAM solutions specific to healthcare, securing privileged access to critical patient data.

Requirements

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Systems, or other related fields., Must have six years of experience in an information systems security domain, with focus on Implementing Sailpoint Identity Now.

  • Experience with Active Directory integration and administration.
  • Experience in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Java, PowerShell) for customizations and automation.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management principles, RBAC, and healthcare compliance requirements.

Equivalent Education and/or Experience

  • May have an equivalent combination of education and experience to substitute for both the education and the experience requirements.

Certification/Registration/Licensure

  • Must have SailPoint IdentityNow Certification (May obtain within 6 months of hire)
  • CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications (desired)

  • Knowledge of MFA solutions and their implementation in healthcare environments.
  • Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts and tools in a healthcare context.
  • Experience in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Java, PowerShell) for customizations and automation.
  • Knowledge of security standards, compliance frameworks, and best practices, including HIPAA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across healthcare and IT teams.
