Axis Care Implementation Specialist

• Job Title: AxisCare Implementation & Training Specialist, We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic AxisCare Implementation & Training Specialist to spearhead the end-to-end setup, rollout, and ongoing optimization of our AxisCare platform. This role is tailor-made for someone who deeply understands the nuances of the home care and long-term care industry.

You won’t just be configuring software; you will be transforming how our business operates. Your primary mission is to take our AxisCare platform from a blank slate to a fully customized, highly efficient operational hub. Using a “train-the-trainer” approach, you will empower our leadership, scheduling, and clinical teams to become self-sufficient experts, while providing long-term, as-needed consulting to ensure our system evolves alongside our business.

Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Implementation & Configuration

• System Setup: Lead the complete onboarding process for AxisCare from start to finish, aligning the software with our unique business workflows.
• Workflow Design: Map and configure core agency functions within AxisCare, including client intake, caregiver matching, scheduling, human resources, and compliance tracking.
• Billing & Payroll Integration: Configure EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) workflows, billing rates, and payroll settings to ensure accurate, compliant financial operations specific to long-term home care regulations.
• Data Migration: Oversee the clean, secure migration of legacy client and caregiver data into the new system.

1. “Train-the-Trainer” Education Program * Curriculum Development: Design targeted training materials, quick-reference guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for AxisCare use. * Power User Training: Educate departmental heads, lead schedulers, and regional managers using a “train-the-trainer” model, equipping them to confidently teach and support their own teams. * Caregiver Adoption: Create simple, friction-free training strategies for our field staff using the AxisCare Mobile App to maximize EVV compliance and logging accuracy.

2. Long-Term Consulting & Optimization * Post-Launch Advisory: Transition from primary implementer to a long-term internal consultant, auditing system usage periodically to identify inefficiencies. * On-Demand Support: Act as the Tier-3 escalation point for complex system issues, feature updates, or workflow redesigns as the business expands. * Feature Maximization: Stay ahead of AxisCare product updates, introducing new features and tools to leadership that can further streamline operations.

Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Axis Care Implementation Specialist to lead the deployment and integration of Axis Care software solutions for our HCBS based agency, * AxisCare Expertise: Minimum of 2-3 years of direct experience implementing, administering, or deeply managing the AxisCare platform.

• Home Care Industry DNA: Deep knowledge of home care business models, private duty workflows, Medicaid/Medicaid Waiver compliance, and EVV mandates.
• Proven Educator: Strong background in corporate training, instructional design, or software onboarding with a proven track record of using the “train-the-trainer” methodology.
• Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with data formatting (Excel/CSV), system integrations, and troubleshooting mobile application issues.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to drive a project timeline, manage stakeholders, and keep a software rollout on schedule and within scope.
• Communication: Exceptional patience, clarity, and communication skills-capable of translating complex technical features into simple, practical steps for non-technical users., * Do you have 2 or more years of Axis Care experience?
