Job description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead / Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations with expertise in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud .

Requirements

Bachelor’’'’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of overall IT experience.
7+ years of Salesforce architecture and development experience.
Proven experience leading technical teams of 7 to 10 or more FTEs.
Experience designing enterprise solutions supporting:
5,000 to 7000 internal users
300,000 to 500,000 external registered users
5 to 7 million+ data records
Strong experience designing multi-tier, highly available architectures utilizing clustering, load balancing, scalability, and disaster recovery principles.
Extensive experience with Salesforce development using:
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Visualforce
SOQL/SOSL
Lightning Experience
Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, and external systems.
Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments., * Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform Developer, Architect, or CTA).
Experience working with State Government or large Public Sector organizations.
Experience implementing large-scale citizen/customer portals.
Experience with Salesforce license management and platform optimization.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
