Job description
- Assist with the administration and support of Microsoft Azure environments
- Support and maintain Active Directory user accounts, permissions, and organizational units
- Assist with Group Policy management and troubleshooting
- Support Microsoft Exchange and email-related administration
- Troubleshoot networking and connectivity issues
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and system-related issues
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning and access management
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and monitoring
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting processes
- Collaborate with IT Director on projects and infrastructure improvements, * In-person at our Columbus, Ohio office. While this role is primarily on-site, flexibility will be offered over time based on performance and business needs.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Public Cloud?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience through internships, help desk roles, or related IT positions
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, networking, Group Policy, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, strong ethics, and professional conduct
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team environment
- Willingness to learn and grow within the IT field
Preferred Certifications
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Travel Requirements:
- Occasional travel (approximately 10% or less) to DGPerry office locations as needed.
