Enterprise Data Architect(Order to cash, NetSuite)

• Future-State Architecture: Design and frame the end-to-end enterprise architecture, ensuring technical debt is minimized and scalability is prioritized.
• Discovery & Leadership: Lead high-level discovery workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to capture requirements and align business goals with technical capabilities.
• Portfolio Rationalization: Evaluate our current application stack to identify redundancies, performing deep-dive rationalization to streamline our digital footprint.
• System of Record (SoR) Governance: Define authoritative data sources and make critical “System of Record” decisions to maintain data integrity across the lifecycle.
• Executive Advisory: Translate complex architectural challenges into clear, actionable, executive-level recommendations and roadmaps.

Do you have experience in Workshop facilitation?, * End-to-end enterprise / application architecture experience

• Strong understanding of PSA and Order-to-Cash processes
• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite/OpenAir, and integration-led architectures
• Ability to perform application portfolio rationalization
• Skilled in impact analysis, system-of-record decisions, and future-state architecture framing
• Able to lead discovery workshops and provide executive-level recommendations, To be successful in this role, you must possess a “big picture” mentality backed by deep technical expertise in the following areas, Platforms

Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce (CRM) and NetSuite/OpenAir (PSA/ERP).

Domain Knowledge

Mastery of Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.

Integration

Proven experience in integration-led architectures (middleware, APIs, and real-time data sync).

Strategy

Advanced skills in impact analysis and risk mitigation for large-scale system migrations.
