Job description
The Sr. Data Analyst is responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy within the Customer Financial Services (CFS) function.
This role focuses on:
- Building metrics, KPIs, and dashboards
- Ensuring data governance, quality, and integrity
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver insights
- Supporting leadership with actionable analytics, Data Analytics & Reporting
- Design and develop metrics and reporting frameworks using:
- Power BI
- Power Query
- Excel, Access
- Create and track KPIs across CFS
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Build and maintain management dashboards
Data Modeling & Insights
- Develop reporting models to improve efficiency and data accuracy
- Identify trends, anomalies, and data inconsistencies
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to solve business problems
- Support data mining and trend analysis for Chargebacks & Rebates
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with:
- Chargeback team
- Credit & Collections
- Customer Master
- Rebate teams
- Provide reporting support and assist in strategic initiatives
- Align with Commercial Excellence on customer data integrity
Process Improvement
- Assist in value stream mapping
- Improve inefficient processes
- Enhance reporting automation and workflow efficiency
Data Governance & Quality
- Establish and maintain data governance standards
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity
- Define data requirements and quality metrics
- Implement best practices in data management
Communication
- Clearly communicate insights and findings to stakeholders
- Translate data into business-friendly insights
Compliance
- Adhere to company policies related to:
- Health & Safety
- Environment & Energy
- Quality Management Systems
Management Scope
- Individual Contributor role (no direct reports)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Finance
- Mathematics
- Computer Science
- OR
- equivalent experience
Experience Required
- 5-8 years in:
- Finance
- Chargebacks
- Credit & Collections
- Master Data
- Rebates
Technical Skills Required
- Advanced Excel / Power Query / Access
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Experience with relational databases
- Familiarity with BI tools:
- Power BI
- Qlik (preferred)
- Data governance knowledge
Preferred
- Experience with:
- Financial Statements
- Chargebacks & Rebates
- Model N
- Pharmaceutical industry exposure
- SAP experience

Benefits & conditions
Pay: $40.00 - $44.83 per hour
