Job description
The position of Testing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Assistant Dean of Evaluation & Assessment in the coordination of all Burrell student testing. This position demonstrates daily, Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicineās value for respect, trust, integrity, and commitment.
- This position is nonexempt.
- This position reports to the Assistant Dean of Evaluation & Assessment.
- The salary for this position starts at $19.62/hour ($40,800 annual)
The selected candidate will support Burrell Collegeās organizational health initiatives, focusing on enhancing leadership, promoting clarity of purpose, improving communication, and reinforcing a respectful, purpose-driven culture. This role is key to fostering a healthy, high-performing organization that values integrity, transparency, and collaboration. Burrell Org Health Graphic, * Work closely with Faculty, Staff, Course Directors, and Leadership in organizing exam materials and ensuring material is accurately entered into assessment software.
- Assist with all aspects of exam processes when the Assistant Dean of Evaluation & Assessment is unavailable or there are multiple exams taking place at the same time.
- Create Individual and Collaborative exams.
- Create exam calculation spreadsheet for all exams (Individual, Accommodation, and Collaborative)
- Create Assessment Checklists for all exams (Individual, Accommodation, and Collaborative)
- Create Individual exam sign-in sheets for all exams.
- Scan and save Individual exam sign-in sheets by student name for all exams.
- Create Collaborative exam sign-in sheets for exams, if applicable (added a return)
- Scan and save Collaborative exam sign-in sheets by studentsā names per group.
- Communicate to students appropriate exam information.
- Schedule and send email reminders to exam proctors for each exam.
- Ensure proctor compensation includes creating and processing invoices.
- Ensure all exam supplies are available on exam day and in multiple locations.
- Keep informed of advancing technology in standardized exam administration and associated software.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Task prioritization?, Do you have a Associateās degree?, * Ability to expertly navigate and retrieve information from web-based applications and tools.
- Ability to assimilate information particular to academic settings and preferably in a College of Osteopathic Medicine environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information and data.
- Strong organization and planning skills that reflect the ability to prioritize competing demands and complete action items efficiently with minimal supervision and strict deadlines.
- Ability to interact with individuals from different cultures and professional backgrounds, and exercise āpeople skillsā., * Education and/or progressively responsible experience equivalent to an Associateās degree in a related field., * Experience with ExamSoft or similar exam support systems and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

- This job is conducted in an office work environment.
- Approximately 90% of this positionās duties require the use of a computer.
- Must be able to exert up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.
Work Schedule:
- Typically, Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm
- May occasionally early mornings, evenings, and weekends
