Job description

  • Security & Guardrails: Align all applications with client rigorous information security, data privacy (e.g., GDPR), and risk management policies.
  • Data Lifecycle Management: Handle sensitive employee data with strict adherence to data masking, least-privilege permission models, and enterprise audit logging.
  • ALM Execution: Maintain environment strategy discipline across Development, UAT, and Production environments using Power Platform Solutions and modern CI/CD practices.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Power Platform: 4+ years of deep, hands-on experience using Power Apps (advanced formulas, responsive design, component libraries) and Power Automate (expressions, data operations, advanced loops).
  • SharePoint Online: Comprehensive knowledge of modern SharePoint architecture, hub sites, Microsoft Graph API, and managing large data sets (overcoming delegation limits).
  • Data Sources: Deep practical understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, and SharePoint lists as backend data structures.
