Principal - Data Engineering

Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in designing and leading scalable enterprise grade data solutions on Azure Strong expertise in Azure Data Factory Databricks and modern ETL frameworks with a proven ability to architect end to end data platforms ensure data governance and drive best practices across data engineering teams, Design develop and optimize largescale data pipelines using Azure Databricks to support enterprise data processing and analytics Utilize Azure Data Lake and Azure SQL for efficient data storage and management Implement robust ETL workflows ensuring high performance scalability and data quality Integrate diverse data sources seamlessly using Azure Databricks orchestration capabilities Stay current with advancements in Azure data services and recommend best practices for continuous improvement Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align data engineering solutions with business objectives, Lead the endtoend design development and enhancement of complex data pipelines using Azure Databricks Write clean maintainable and efficient codescripts to support data ingestion transformation and analytics Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance issues to ensure minimal downtime and high availability Ensure data quality consistency and security throughout the ETL processes Collaborate with data architects analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable data solutions Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices related to Azure Databricks Document data processes architectures and workflows to facilitate knowledge sharing and compliance Participate actively in code reviews design discussions and agile ceremonies to foster a collaborative and highperforming team environment
