Job description

Role: FICO Blaze Lead/Architect - Remote Seeking a Technical Lead / Architect to design and deliver Next Best Action / Next Best Offer (NBA/NBO) solutions using FICO decisioning platforms and Snowflake. The role will lead architecture, implementation, and integration of real-time and batch decisioning capabilities to drive personalized customer engagement and business outcomes., Architect end-to-end NBA/NBO solutions (real-time + batch) Design and implement decision strategies, rules, and offer, Suppression logic using FICO Integrate decisioning engine with CRM, marketing, and digital channels Enable API-driven and event-based real-time decisioning Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, data, business, QA) Ensure governance, auditability, and scalability of decisioning platform Collaborate with stakeholders to define use cases, KPIs, and outcomes

Requirements

10+ years IT experience; 5+ years in decisioning/NBA/NBO solutions Strong hands-on experience with: FICO Blaze / FICO Decision Management Suite working with Snowflake data architecture Technical Skills Decision rules, strategy design, eligibility & prioritization logic Snowflake: data modeling, ELT/ETL, performance tuning APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures SQL, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) CI/CD, DevOps, and secure integration patterns
