EHR/IT DATA RPT ADM

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate EHR/IT and Data Reporting Administrator to help us meet the individualized needs of people in recovery and uphold those values., Responsible for maintenance, functionality, and organization of the agency’s electronic health records database and information technology support for successful delivery of client care activity and administrative business practices.

Essential Job Duties:

• Serves as EHR administrator
• Generates required data reporting for compliance adherence
• Conducts regular best practice quality assurance activities evaluating data integrity, identifying risks, and propose solutions.
• Sustains agency’s compliance adherence with all governing bodies (CARF, ODM, HIPAA, CMS, etc.).
• Participate in collaborative meetings as assigned.
• Serves as Lead IT administrator for all IBH Addiction Recovery locations.
• Acts as agency’s Cyber Security Officer.
• Completes routine on-site maintenance to core networking equipment and triage outages in tandem with agency’s IT provider (Keystone).
• Provide admin support for Microsoft Office, 8X8, and KnowBe4.
• Acts as help desk/troubleshoots for agency users as needed and onboarding set up of new hires/offboarding of staff terminations.

• Manage deployment of new hardware; oversee agency’s equipment inventory.

• Audit and investigate new/current technologies and provide recommendations as assigned.
• Oversee compliance with data security requirements (IT incident response, cyber security, etc.), The position has a base work week of Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm with the expectation of availability based on operational needs (evenings/weekends) to maintain system functionality.

• Three plus years’ experience in healthcare EHR database management
• Advance skill level in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Power BI)
• Experience with Healthcare EHR/HITEC, Position requires intermittent physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching., * Ability to adapt communications to a wide variety of audiences
