Product Owner

• Product Strategy & Roadmap
• Define and drive the roadmap for Agentic AI and Generative AI initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across enterprise functions
• Develop product vision, business cases, and implementation plans for AI-driven solutions
• Monitor emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and competitive offerings to inform product strategy
• Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with business leaders and functional teams to understand challenges, opportunities, and requirements
• Lead workshops and discovery sessions to identify and document AI use cases
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
• AI Product Delivery
• Partner with AI engineers, data scientists, architects, and technology teams to deliver AI solutions
• Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and participate in sprint planning activities
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business goals, quality standards, and user expectations
• Drive user adoption, change management, and value realization for deployed AI capabilities
• Innovation & Domain Leadership
• Provide expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, workflow automation, and intelligent decision-support systems
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, productivity, and operational efficiency through AI
• Contribute thought leadership around enterprise AI adoption, governance, and best practices

• Key Skills; 13 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation
• Proven experience leading Generative AI and/or Agentic AI initiatives from concept through implementation
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI applications
• 10 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation
• Proven experience leading Generative AI and/or Agentic AI initiatives from concept through implementation
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI applications
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, AI engineers, data scientists, and solution architects
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience supporting Finance and/or Supply Chain functions
• Experience implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments such as manufacturing, business services, document management, workplace services, or digital transformation organizations
• Familiarity with modern AI platforms and ecosystems
• Product Owner, Scrum Product Owner, Agile, or Product Management certifications
• Experience with AI governance, responsible AI practices, and enterprise AI adoption frameworks

Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
