Lead Coupa Solution Architect

· Define scalable, secure, and high-performing integration architecture (APIs, CSV, middleware)

· Manage global implementations and phased rollouts

· Define product roadmap and deployment strategy

· Deep knowledge of industry best practices on Source-to-Pay (S2P)

· Provide strategic consulting on procurement transformation

· Advise on optimal solution design aligned to business needs

· Define future-state procurement operating models

· Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT leadership

· Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and leadership reports

· Design and manage integrations with ERP and enterprise systems

· Hands-on experience with APIs and file-based integrations (CSV)

· Strong understanding of AI/ML use cases in procurement

· Manage stakeholder engagement including C-level executives

· Deliver executive presentations and strategic reporting

· Advanced ability to interpret complex procurement data

· Develop data-driven strategies and business cases

· Relevant Coupa certifications

· Experience with ERP systems (SAP ECC, SAP S4 Hana, etc.)

· 10+ years of experience in Coupa solution architecture and implementation

· Deep techno-functional expertise across Coupa modules
