Lead AI & Data Architect

We are seeking a Lead AI & Data Architect to drive enterprise-scale transformation by integrating advanced AI capabilities into modern data warehouse and analytics platforms. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for owning end-to-end solution architecture, guiding technical strategy, and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, AI governance, and security frameworks.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, business stakeholders, and engineering teams, while leading multiple concurrent initiatives across AI, data engineering, and cloud platforms., * Lead architecture and delivery of AI-enabled data warehouse and BI solutions

• Define and implement end-to-end enterprise architecture aligned with business goals
• Design and integrate Generative AI capabilities into analytics and data platforms
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, AI governance, and security policies
• Architect scalable, high-performance data solutions across cloud environments
• Lead cross-functional engineering teams, providing mentorship and technical direction
• Design secure integration patterns using APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and data pipelines
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to define technology strategy and roadmap
• Establish best practices, standards, and reusable frameworks for enterprise systems
• Oversee cloud deployment strategies and infrastructure automation

• 10+ years of IT experience with expertise in:

• Enterprise architecture design
• Data modeling and data warehouse implementation
• Advanced analytics platforms

3+ years of experience integrating Generative AI into BI/data warehouse ecosystems

5+ years of cloud architecture experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)

Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar)

5+ years leading technical teams in complex enterprise environments

Extensive experience designing secure, scalable integration architectures, including:

• APIs
• Microservices
• Event-driven systems
• Data integration pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on programming experience with:

• Python and/or C#
• SQL and advanced query optimization

Experience with modern data platforms such as:

• Snowflake
• AWS Redshift

Experience building data visualization and dashboards (Power BI or similar)

Strong expertise in creating:

• Architecture diagrams
• Technical design documentation
• Standards and best practices

Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to executive audiences
