SAP GTS Business Analyst

• Gather and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories).
• Create process maps and workflow documentation.
• Analyze business needs and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and project teams.
• Support testing, validation, and project documentation.

• 2-4 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.
• Process mapping and workflow analysis experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional global environment.
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach.

• Knowledge or exposure to SAP Global Trade Services (GTS).
