AI Solutions Scientist

We are looking for an AI Solutions Scientist to join our digital and innovation team, contributing to the development of next-generation AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency and accelerate digital transformation across the organization.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of Generative AI, Data Science, and enterprise systems , helping design reliable and scalable AI architectures connected to proprietary corporate data.

You will collaborate closely with Data Architects and cross-functional teams to build intelligent solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and advanced evaluation frameworks .

This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologies in a global and highly innovative environment., * Design and develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures connecting LLMs with internal enterprise data sources such as SQL databases and technical documentation.

• Develop and optimize prompt engineering and automated evaluation frameworks to improve AI performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Create synthetic datasets and AI-driven data generation workflows to support machine learning and analytics initiatives.
• Define benchmarking and validation methodologies, including LLM-as-a-Judge evaluation systems to assess model quality and accuracy.
• Implement AI safety mechanisms and guardrails to ensure secure, compliant, and trustworthy AI solutions.
• Collaborate with digital, IT, and business teams to deploy innovative AI applications that create measurable business value.

Do you have experience in Scalability?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, * Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and RAG architectures .
• Experience with prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, and data processing workflows .
• Familiarity with Python programming and modern AI/ML ecosystems.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment.
