Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with strong PIM (Product Information Management) experience to lead large-scale technology initiatives, integrations, and application delivery projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, stakeholder management, cross-functional team leadership, and end-to-end program delivery. This role requires a strong technical background with exposure to Python, Databricks, Snowflake, Data Warehousing, and Power BI, along with the ability to provide technical guidance to engineering teams. Experience in retail, merchandising, supply chain, and Informatica-based environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong experience with Product Information Management (PIM) platforms (Mandatory).
  • 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience in large enterprise environments.
  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and software delivery methodologies.
  • Experience managing technical teams and large-scale digital transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Python, Databricks, Snowflake, Data Warehousing (DWH), and Power BI.
  • Experience with Informatica projects, integrations, or application delivery.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with project planning, estimation, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Knowledge of backlog management, user stories, sprint planning, and Agile metrics.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Retail, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or eCommerce domain experience is a plus.
  • Lead large-scale technical programs, application enhancements, migrations, and integrations.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and project timelines.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  • Coordinate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Data Architects, and Engineering teams.
