Seeking a Technical Writer / Training Specialist to create comprehensive technical documentation, operational procedures, training materials, and knowledge transfer programs supporting enterprise data engineering and cloud modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong technical writing expertise with the ability to develop engaging training content for technical and operational audiences., * Develop technical design documents, architecture documentation, and implementation guides.

• Create source-to-target mapping documentation and process flow diagrams.
• Prepare operational runbooks, support procedures, troubleshooting guides, and administrator manuals.
• Document ETL workflows, Azure configurations, deployment processes, and monitoring procedures.
• Develop training curricula, user guides, quick reference materials, and presentation decks.
• Deliver instructor-led and role-based technical training sessions.
• Create knowledge transfer plans and conduct walkthrough sessions.
• Develop FAQs, recorded training content, and onboarding materials.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, analysts, and support teams to gather technical information.
• Ensure documentation standards, version control, and content quality are maintained.
