PC Technician

We are seeking a PC Technician to join our team. As a PC Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our customers., Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates and backups

• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues

• Document all technical procedures and solutions

• Answer phones and create support request tickets for clients

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, Knowledge of Windows operating systems

• Familiarity with computer hardware components and peripherals

• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical problems efficiently

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
