Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in WAN?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Under the direction of the Broadband Manager at the Concord Municipal Light Plant, the Senior Network Engineer performs highly responsible, professional technical duties including managing telecommunications network and associated fiber optic network, delivering enterprise telecommunication services for municipal operations and high speed internet to commercial and residential customers. Designs, configures, monitors: routers, switches, network management systems, DHCP, DNS, BGP, OSPF. Thorough knowledge of LAN, WAN, GPON, Wi-Fi, Firewalls, network management and telecommunication technical process is necessary. CCNA with Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent and 7+ years of progressively responsible experience; valid driver’s license required.
