  3. Team, Financial & Vendor Management * Champion an internal culture of security and technology excellence; lead educational efforts to protect DCI assets from physical and digital threats. * Leverage strong financial acumen to develop multi-million dollar capital (CAPEX) and operational (OPEX) budgets, forecasts, and investment guardrails. * The ability to translate deeply technical cyber risks into clear, financial, operational impacts to protect the balance sheet. * Attract, mentor, and challenge a world-class, cross-functional global infrastructure and security team. Ensure internal staff and 3rd-party partners are optimized to handle enterprise demands. * Manage vendor relationships and partnerships, leading product/service selection, contracting, and ongoing performance management alongside DCI’s procurement function.
