Job description

The Procurement Data Analytics Manager leads the end-to-end procurement analytics agenda, transforming data from SAP, Ariba, Databricks and Power BI into actionable insights that drive sourcing, cost and supply chain decisions. This role focuses on BI product ownership, cost & price intelligence, and enabling data-driven decision-making across global procurement leadership. THE ROLE OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE! As our Procurement Data Analytics Manager, you play a critical role in leading the procurement analytics roadmap, delivering BI dashboards and insights, and enabling data-driven decision-making across Direct and Indirect procurement while partnering with Finance, Planning, Supply Chain and IT. You will be reporting to BS Direct Procurement Capability Director, and you will manage: Analytical leadership: Co-own the analytics roadmap covering Direct and Indirect procurement Translate business priorities (savings, cost, supply assurance, working capital) into analytics deliverables Provide fact-based insights to support faster and better decision-making Act as analytical partner to procurement leadership and global community Business intelligence & insight: Design, develop and maintain dashboards (price evolution, supplier performance, cost drivers, savings tracking, SLA and ESG metrics) Map product cost evolution and commodity-driven market impacts Generate executive-ready performance reporting and ad-hoc analyses Foster a data-driven culture across the buyer community Cross-functional partnership & capability building: Partner with Planning, Logistics, Supply Chain and Finance on analytics and data reliability Support Procurement Excellence initiatives (PricePal, Brex, productivity tracking, savings reporting) Lead and develop the procurement analytics team and build analytical capability Drive continuous improvement of analytics tooling (AI/ML, automation, self-service BI)

Requirements

As a strategic and hands-on analytics leader with strong data expertise, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You are highly organised, precise, and a strong communicator with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business/administration, supply chain, manufacturing, or finance 6+ years of experience in data analytics, procurement, supply chain or finance operations (beauty/FMCG preferred) Proven people management or team leadership experience Advanced Excel skills, including VBA-supported macros Power BI expertise (data modelling, dashboard development and governance) SAP ERP experience (data extraction and preparation for reporting) Familiarity with SQL (Databricks, Python as a plus) Strong statistical analysis foundations and knowledge of Supply Chain KPIs; fluent in English If you’re ready to support and shape the future of beauty, we want you on our team!
