TELECOMMUTE Portfolio Manager ( ModelizeIT platform)

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead application portfolio assessment, cloud modernization planning, and migration governance using the ModelizeIT platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, cloud teams, and application owners to evaluate application portfolios, define modernization strategies, and drive successful cloud transformation initiatives., * Manage and maintain enterprise application and infrastructure portfolios within the modelizeIT platform.

• Conduct portfolio assessments to determine cloud readiness, business value, technical complexity, and migration priorities.
• Develop application rationalization strategies, including rehost, replatform, refactor, retire, and retain recommendations.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align modernization initiatives with organizational goals.
• Create and maintain modernization roadmaps, migration waves, and portfolio dashboards.
• Track portfolio health, modernization progress, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Analyze application dependencies and infrastructure landscapes to support migration planning.
• Produce executive-level reports, KPIs, and status updates for leadership teams.
• Facilitate governance reviews and portfolio planning sessions.
• Support cloud migration business cases, cost optimization initiatives, and ROI analysis.
• Ensure portfolio data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, IT transformation, cloud migration, or enterprise architecture.
• Strong understanding of cloud modernization methodologies and migration strategies.
• Experience managing large-scale application portfolios and transformation programs.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services
• Strong analytical, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with portfolio management, CMDB, and application discovery tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting abilities
