Job description

Seeking an experienced Reltio MDM Lead with strong expertise in Company/Entity Matching, Match & Merge, and Golden Record Management., * Lead the design and implementation of Reltio MDM solutions.

  • Configure entity models, relationships, RDM, data quality, and survivorship rules.
  • Design and optimize company matching logic, match rules, and merge strategies.
  • Integrate external data sources (D&B, DUNS, LEI, ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Develop integrations using Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), REST APIs, CRM, and ERP systems.
  • Manage data stewardship workflows and ensure data governance, security, and compliance.
  • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and performance tuning support.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of Data Management experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Reltio MDM experience.
  • Strong expertise in Company Matching, Match & Merge, RIH, Data Quality, and Golden Records.
  • Hands-on experience with Java, Groovy, JSON, SQL, REST APIs.
  • Cloud experience with AWS and/or Azure.
