Solutions Architect

Evolutio is seeking a Solutions Architect to join our team of business professionals and technical consultants who specialize in extracting value from performance and security monitoring platforms, notably Splunk Observability, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, DataDog, Grafana, and Splunk. We partner with Fortune 100 organizations to help them understand, in real time, how their business is impacted by performance issues through observability.

As a Solutions Architect at Evolutio, you will play a vital role. You are a detail-oriented and proactive architect passionate about delivering quality solutions to our clients while continuously growing your skills. This role demands a deep passion for our clients and their business outcomes.

We are looking for someone who can assess situations honestly and communicate transparently with stakeholders, especially in challenging circumstances. You will be responsible for architecting, scoping, and removing blockers; training and mentoring consultants on technical solutions and issues; and managing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is self-directed, able to raise their hand when needed, balance competing priorities, and keep the long-term success of Evolutio and our clients as their guiding principle., * Technical Leadership: Lead the technical direction and strategy for client projects, ensuring alignment with Evolutio’s observability goals and client objectives.

• Architectural Design: Design and architect complex monitoring and performance solutions, including the integration of various tools and platforms to meet client needs
• Project Oversight: Oversee the execution of client projects, providing technical guidance and support to ensure successful delivery and adherence to best practices.
• Solution Development: Develop detailed technical solutions and implementation plans, including the configuration, tuning, and optimization of monitoring systems and alerts.
• Data Analysis: Lead the analysis and interpretation of data to create meaningful metrics and visualizations that provide business context and insights.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve complex technical issues, utilizing a variety of tools and techniques to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Client Communication: Serve as a key technical point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication, providing updates, and addressing technical concerns.
• Identify and communicate Observability and Agentic capabilities to the broader Evolutio team when they arise.
• Training and Mentorship: Conduct training sessions and mentor junior consultants and client teams on technical implementations and best practices.
• Resource Management: Assist in tracking and analyzing incoming work to ensure appropriate resourcing and support for new projects and ongoing client engagements.
• Reliable and Dependable: Submits timecards on time, is punctual for meetings and is generally on camera during meetings.
• Travel: Be prepared for travel to client sites for project kick-offs, training, and key meetings, as well as travel for internal training and events.
• Billable Commitment: Maintain a 75% billable commitment in this role.

• 8 years of Engineering experience in Observability, Security, or DevOps.
• 5 years experience working with the Splunk Platform as a Splunk Architect or Consultant.
• 2 years of proven success by delivering client projects from end to end, including gathering requirements, scoping, and designing technical solutions that drive expected outcomes.
• Strong understanding of software, networking, operating systems, and security.
• Comfortable with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Deep understanding of APIs, SDKs, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), and/or DevOps.
• Ability to travel up to 25%., * 2 years of development experience working with Java, Javascript, or Go.
• 2 years leading or mentoring other consultants on technical delivery items.
• Experience bringing code artifacts from design, through development to production, including all of the testing, security scans, and automated code deployments that are part of that process.
• Public Speaking experience in front of small to medium groups of technical people.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Experience with agentic use cases or frameworks.
