Job description

This team creates world-class immersive digital experiences across parks, cruise, vacation club, and enterprise platforms-owning the end-to-end guest experience across attractions, food & beverage, resorts, transportation, and merchandise. We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. UI/UX Developer to lead UI implementation and experience evolution for web-based AI and analytics applications., * Implement and customize UI for Open WebUI, LiteLLM Admin UI, Archestra, and Arize-based applications to align with client standards

  • Build responsive, production-ready user interfaces directly from Figma designs
  • Work closely with UX designers to understand intent, clarify edge cases, and resolve design gaps
  • Extend and theme existing UIs using custom CSS, theming systems, and configuration-driven branding
  • Develop reusable UI component libraries and shared design patterns
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate UI with APIs (data binding, error handling, loading states)
  • Ensure accessibility (WCAG), responsiveness, and performance across browsers/devices
  • Configure and extend UI layers of vendor/open source tools without compromising upgrade paths
  • Contribute to UI technical documentation
  • Provide informal leadership, code reviews, and UI best practice guidance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as UI Developer / Front End Engineer / UI/UX Developer
  • Strong experience with Figma (components, design systems)
  • Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (responsive design, cross-browser compatibility)
  • Proficiency in Python for UI-adjacent work
  • Experience with modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)
  • Experience with Svelte / Smelte
  • API integration experience (REST/JSON)
  • Experience theming or branding existing tools/admin UIs (Open WebUI, LiteLLM, etc.)
  • Strong visual detail (spacing, typography, interaction)
  • Strong UI/UX principles for data-heavy or AI-driven applications
  • Agile collaboration experience
  • Strong communication skills

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field

Preferred Skills

  • Experience customizing Open WebUI and LiteLLM Admin UI
  • Experience with Arize, Phoenix, or AI observability tools
  • Graphic design skills (icons, layout)
  • Familiarity with design tokens and enterprise design systems
  • Accessibility experience (WCAG, ARIA, keyboard navigation)
  • Agile/Scrum and CI/CD experience
  • Craft leadership in UI quality and mentorship
  • Cross-functional collaboration (UX, Product, Engineering)
  • Strong problem solving in complex workflows
  • Clear documentation and communication
  • Portfolio required (production UI work preferred)
