Partner Support Manager

Role Description: This role supports the current Partner Support team at Fleet Procure Ltd, due to rapid expansion with new clients and business ventures. As Partner Support Manager, you will provide support and assistance to our current admin team, and Commercial Managers, and work as a key contact for our Broker and Dealer Partners.

You will be responsible for assisting with day to day enquiries, reporting, data entry and management, maintaining product knowledge, and involvement with ongoing system development.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Providing ongoing support and assistance as required to Broker and Dealer network

· Monitoring and actioning of the group FP support inbox

· Account management to our Dealer Network

· Administration support to Broker and Dealer Network

· Data capture, analysis and entry

· Regular system monitoring and auditing, including order status reviews, reporting and feedback

· Any other duties relevant to Dealer and/or Broker network as required

Do you have experience in Technical support?, · 2+ years’ experience within automotive dealer industry, broker, fleet or OEM preferred

Note Salary Negotiable depending on experience*

· 2+ years’ experience in Customer Support or related fields

· Strong technical background with proficiency in digital communication channels, software systems, MS Office suite and basic IT knowledge.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively, maintain a high level of focus and discipline with attention to detail, and ensure customer satisfaction.

· Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

· Full time, office based role - must be able to commute to Haywards Heath office.

· Must be permanent UK resident and passport holder., * Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
