Research and prototype ML, GenAI, and agentic techniques Build reproducible Python-based experimentation pipelines Design and execute model evaluation frameworks Analyze results and translate insights into production recommendations Collaborate with platform and engineering teams to operationalize research Stay current with academic and industry advancements

Advanced degree or equivalent experience in AI/ML Strong Python and ML experimentation experience Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX Experience with experiment tracking and reproducibility
