Job description

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior Salesforce Developer position! This is a 6+ months contract and will be remote within the US while working EST hours. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Validation Rules, and declarative tools to build sophisticated business processes within the Financial Services Cloud
  • Drive technical direction and architecture decisions for critical Salesforce implementations in a large enterprise banking environment with high performance standards
  • Collaborate with business units and cross-functional teams to translate complex financial services requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Oversee and mentor less experienced Salesforce developers, providing code reviews, technical guidance, and leadership on project deliverables
  • Develop and execute comprehensive UAT and regression testing strategies using Gitlab and VS Code, ensuring quality and stability of Salesforce implementations
  • Build and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and system diagrams to support ongoing development and knowledge transfer
  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, coordinating development tasks and driving project milestones to meet critical delivery dates
  • Participate in technical evaluations and recommend new Salesforce capabilities, tools, and automation solutions to improve system efficiency and address business needs

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience specifically within the Banking Industry or financial services sector
  • Expert-level proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, HTML, Flows, and Validation Rules in large enterprise environments
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud platform and complex business process automation
  • Demonstrated expertise using Gitlab for version control and VS Code for Salesforce development
  • Proven experience conducting UAT and regression testing with strong attention to quality and detail
  • 6+ years of systems analysis and application development experience with the ability to work independently on high-level technical challenges
  • Testing automation experience (highly desirable)
