Job description

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data visualization solutions that support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will work closely with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into insightful dashboards and reports, while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and usability., * Design and implement data-driven BI solutions aligned with business objectives

  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and business goals
  • Analyze and evaluate datasets from multiple sources; identify data gaps and propose solutions
  • Develop and optimize data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines for Power BI
  • Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize KPIs and business metrics
  • Ensure efficient data collection and integration from various client systems
  • Handle sensitive data in compliance with data governance and security protocols
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure business performance and initiative success
  • Present dashboards, reports, and demos to client stakeholders and leadership teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI development, and stakeholder reporting
  • Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, report optimization)
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases and data warehousing concepts
  • Strong experience in designing dashboards and presenting insights
  • Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly and effectively
  • Experience working in client-facing roles
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of ETL tools and data engineering concepts
  • Familiarity with data governance and security best practices

In the US, the target base salary for this role is $140000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors
