SIM Card Platform Engineer

Our client is seeking a SIM Card Platform Engineer with expertise in Java Card, SIM/eSIM technologies, and 3GPP standards. This individual will support the development, integration, and validation of secure SIM card and eSIM platform capabilities used in mobile and connected device ecosystems. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience working with Java Card applications, SIM card architectures, telecom standards, and secure element technologies. Project The engineer will support the design, development, integration, and validation of SIM card platform capabilities, including Java Card applications, SIM/eSIM functionality, subscriber authentication, security features, and standards compliance. This role will work closely with software, security, platform, and telecom engineering teams to ensure interoperability with carrier networks and industry standards.

• 5+ years of experience with SIM, UICC, USIM, or eSIM technologies
• Strong Java Card development experience
• Experience with 3GPP standards and specifications
• Understanding of SIM Toolkit (STK), UICC, and secure element architectures
• Experience with GlobalPlatform specifications
• Knowledge of subscriber authentication and mobile network registration processes
• Experience supporting telecom, wireless, or mobile platform products
• Strong debugging, validation, and integration experience
