Job description

  • Hybrid Flexibility: Work from home with just 1 day a week onsite at a well-connected North West HQ (easy reach from Liverpool, Manchester, Cheshire, Stoke).
  • Be the go-to expert in Power BI-your dashboards, your models, your impact.
  • Work with the latest tech: Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, plus explore the Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate).
  • Join a collaborative, forward-thinking Data, Analytics & Insight team.
  • Play a key role in automating reporting, improving data accessibility, and embedding BI across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design and deliver engaging, automated dashboards that provide actionable insights.
  • Build scalable semantic models and robust BI processes-development, peer review, testing, deployment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to turn data needs into powerful, self-service solutions.
  • Spot opportunities to replace manual reporting with smart, automated BI tools.
  • Champion best practises in data visualisation, UX, and data integrity.

Requirements

  • Solid experience delivering end-to-end Power BI solutions.
  • Strong SQL skills and a good grasp of data modelling and data warehousing concepts.
  • An eye for design-you know how to make data not just functional, but compelling.
  • Proactive mindset-you don’t just wait for tickets, you look for ways to add value.
  • Bonus: Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or the Power Platform.
