Key Responsibilities Develop and optimise AI/ML solutions, focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, cloud-native AI applications Implement AI techniques such as RAG, LangChain, and NLP for practical use cases Contribute to the deployment and operational management of AI tools within secure environments Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored AI solutions Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and incorporate best practices into project work Essential Skills & Experience Proven software engineering experience, with expertise in Python Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI/LLMs

Requirements

including frameworks like HuggingFace or similar Strong understanding of AI/ML techniques, especially in natural language processing Familiarity with RAG, LangChain, and AI Agents is highly desirable Experience working within cloud-native environments, particularly Kubernetes Must hold an active UK Security Clearance (SC is minimum DV preferred) Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and technical teams Demonstrated ability to autonomously manage tasks from conception through to deployment Desirable Skills & Extra Benefits Experience with information retrieval/search techniques Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Go, Node.js, or React Background in defence, security, or public sector projects Prior involvement with Startups or Scale-Ups within AI or tech sectors Join Us If you are a modern engineer eager to leverage your skills in a challenging, influential environment, we want to hear from you.
