IT Project Manager - Teamcenter Implementation

Strong techno-functional Teamcenter PLM experience Engineering change management and PLM process expertise Proven requirements gathering and validation experience Ability to ramp quickly in fast-paced transformation environments Strong stakeholder communication skills

Primary Skills

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Business Administration, or Software development
• 8 years of experience in developing and implementing business processes and/or software solutions; Emphasis on business/functional requirements definition, stakeholder alignment, coordinating with development team, and user-acceptance
• 5 years of Teamcenter PLM experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
• Possess an effective, results-oriented collaborative approach
• Demonstrated effectiveness in leading and managing cross-functional teams without direct-line authority
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to solve complex problems with cross-functional orgs and potentially conflicting business needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior Engineering Change Management/PLM work experience
• Knowledge of product/BOM structures, configuration management, change control/PLM systems (Teamcenter preferred), engineering, problem reporting and manufacturing business processes
