IAM Specialist

We’re seeking an IAM Specialist to join a growing team supporting enterprise customers with modern Identity and Access Management solutions. This role focuses heavily on Microsoft Entra technologies, providing advanced support and expertise across authentication, access management and external identity services., * Provide 3rd line support for Microsoft Entra ID and Entra External ID environments.

• Troubleshoot complex identity, authentication, SSO and federation issues.
• Support the onboarding of new customers into managed services.
• Act as a technical SME, advising on identity best practices and security.
• Maintain documentation, operational procedures and knowledge articles., This is an excellent opportunity for an IAM professional to work with cutting-edge Microsoft identity technologies, supporting enterprise customers and solving complex identity and access management challenges.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience supporting Entra External ID / Azure AD B2C environments.
• Good understanding of SSO, federation and identity protocols including SAML, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with Conditional Access, MFA, app registrations, RBAC and identity lifecycle management.
• PowerShell administration and automation skills.
• Knowledge of security best practices and modern identity architectures.

Desirable

• Microsoft certifications such as SC-300, SC-900 or AZ-900.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, identity governance and monitoring tools.
