Job description
Forest River, Inc. is looking for a Senior Web Developer to join our growing Information Technology Services team and help shape the digital tools that support our business. In this onsite role, you will design, develop, deploy, troubleshoot, and continuously improve Forest River’s internal Dealer and Vendor web portals. Working under the direction of the Director of Software Development, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a data-driven organization, influence web services strategy, and help deliver reliable solutions used across the enterprise.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will use your technical judgment, communication skills, and hands-on development experience to support high-quality internal web solutions.
- Keep key web service environments running smoothly while supporting continuous improvement
- Turn business and user needs into scalable, performance-focused web solutions
- Build, enhance, debug, test, document, and maintain high-quality software applications and features
- Connect applications, databases, repositories, and operating environments to support reliable enterprise systems
- Promote practical development standards, technical documentation, and process improvements across web service initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
- 2-4 years of web development experience
- Experience with .NET Framework, C#, Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, Git, and Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, TypeScript, Angular, and React
- Ability to translate business requirements and user stories into functional applications
- Ability to troubleshoot, test code, maintain Lucene indexes, and create custom reports
- Strong communication, interpersonal, confidentiality, and customer service skills
- Dependable transportation and a smartphone are required; business-related mileage is reimbursed
