Job description

he Web Developer Level 2 will be responsible for designing and developing userfriendly, responsive, and accessible web applications. This role requires a deep understanding of UI/UX, * Design intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences across web applications.

  • Develop and implement responsive Ul components using modern frameworks Conduct user research, usability testing, and wireframing using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to translate business needs into 5. functional UI designs.
  • Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends and web development technologies. 6.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Note: An equivalent combination of related

education and experience may be substituted for the below stated minimums excluding High School

Diploma, GED, Licenses, or Certifications.

  1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, UI/UX Design, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.

Expertise in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.

Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.

  1. Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with motion design, UI animations, and micro-interactions.

  2. Understanding of UX research methodologies and A/B testing.

  3. Basic knowledge of back-end technologies (Node.js, .NET, or Python) is a plus.
