Data Architect

Must have insurance experience We are looking for an experienced Data Architect to support a major transformation programme focused on modernising underwriting and platform capabilities. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on conceptual and logical data modelling, ensuring a consistent data foundation across multiple workstreams and alignment with London Market data standards. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain conceptual and logical data modelsEnsure consistency across multiple delivery workstreamsCollaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholdersSupport data architecture governance and standardsIdentify and address data quality, integration, and duplication risksAlign data models with future platform and PAS requirementsSupport data governance and metadata management activities Essential ExperienceProven Data Architect experience within complex transformation programmesStrong hands-on data modelling expertiseInsurance sector experience, particularly underwriting and policy dataKnowledge of London Market data standardsExcellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills Technical SkillsSnowflakeETL / ELT processesData integration and pipeline designPower BI and reporting platforms Hybrid role with an initial 6-month contract and strong extension potential.
