Jr. Full Stack Developer(Digital)

Insight Global is supporting a client on a Full Stack Software Engineer designed to provide hands-on experience across frontend, backend, and cloud-native development. This role focuses on building production-grade features across the full application lifecycle:

• UI / frontend interaction
• API & service layer

• Data persistence & cloud deployment The engineer will operate within a structured engineering environment and gain exposure to:

• Modern web architecture
• Serverless and event-driven systems
• Scalable application design
• Enterprise-level strategic digital initiatives within ACG

Day-to-Day

• Develop frontend applications using:
• React and/or Angular
• Build backend services:
• Node.js + Express
• Design and integrate:
• REST APIs (request/response lifecycle, transformations)
• Work across:
• SQL + NoSQL databases (modeling, querying, optimization)
• Implement:
• Serverless functions (AWS / GCP)
• Event-driven workflows
• Handle:
• Authentication, authorization, session management
• Debug issues across:
• Frontend
• Backend
• Data layers
• Support:
• Build & deployment processes
• Environment configuration
• Participate in:
• Code reviews
• Documentation of technical implementations
• Collaborate with:
• Cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions

• Apply: AI-assisted development practices to improve speed, quality, and consistency, * Frontend frameworks: § React and/or Angular

• Backend: § Node.js § Express

• Strong understanding of:
• REST APIs, HTTP, JSON

• Frontend state management § Redux, Context API, RxJS

• Databases: § SQL + basic exposure to NoSQL

• Experience with:
• Git / version control
• Exposure to:
• Cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)
• Serverless architecture
• Authentication (OAuth, JWT)
• CI/CD pipelines
• Basic understanding of:
• Testing (unit, integration, API)
• Experience applying: AI (GenAI / agentic AI) in development workflows

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Exposure to:
• Advanced serverless / event-driven architecture
• CI/CD + deployment workflows
• Performance optimization / indexing strategies
• Strong database design knowledge: Normalization, indexing strategies

• Pursuing or recently completed Computer Science / Software Engineering degree
• 1-3+ years of professional experience in software development

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
