Requirements

  • 12+ years of Oracle HCM Technical experience with at least 4+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Expertise in Oracle HCM modules such as, * OIC integrations
  • REST & SOAP Web Services
  • HCM Extracts
  • HDL (HCM Data Loader)
  • Fast Formula (preferred)
  • BI Publisher Reports

  • OTBI

  • Experience integrating Oracle HCM with third-party applications such as payroll providers, identity management, Active Directory, benefits vendors, and timekeeping systems
